Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to provide project management and other associated services across our exciting and growing portfolio of projects.
The role will involve:

Project Leadership, Management, Control & Direction and Strategy & Advisory
-
Portfolio, Programme, Design & Development Management.
-
Client, Contractor, Stakeholder and Consultant Engagement & Management.
We are looking for a proven high potential team player who is driven, aligned with our values and passionate about contributing to successful outcomes by making an impact.
Specifically, we are looking for:

Bachelor’s Degree in a Construction related discipline (coupled with Law, Commerce, Architecture and/or Engineering looked upon favourably).

3-5 years demonstrable professional experience working on and successfully delivering projects in the construction industry.

Relevant project management qualifications/certification (e.g. Prince2) and/or post graduate studies (e.g. Masters) looked upon favourably.
-
High levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to manage teams and multitask
in a fast-paced environment, perhaps already having earned a renowned reputation within the industry having established key industry networks and can showcase a track record.
Eligible to work in Australia with full working rights in your visa, or as an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support our expanding portfolio of projects. The position offers exposure to a wide range of sectors and provides opportunities to contribute to the successful delivery of complex developments.
Key responsibilities include:

Engagement and management of clients, contractors, stakeholders and consultants
About You

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

Membership or eligibility for membership with AIQS and/or RICS
